Visiting the Azores by boat is an unforgettable and enriching experience.
Among the islands of the Central Group — Faial, Pico, São Jorge, and Terceira — there are different vessels, both catamarans and monohulls, that offer regular connections throughout the year, with special emphasis on the route between the ports of São Roque (Pico), Calheta (São Jorge), and Velas (São Jorge), where daily crossings are available.
It is also possible to travel by sea to any island of the archipelago aboard one of the two larger ships, which offer services such as vehicle transport, cabins, a restaurant, and a bar.
